Love Yourself, Forever & Always
An affirmation is a statement that is affirmed or held as truth by an individual. Throughout the course of a day, we affirm and hold as true as many statements about ourselves; some of those statements are positive and build our self-esteem. Others may be negative and self-defeating and work against us to limit our potential.
In this workbook, we focus on the positive affirmations that strengthen positive thoughts. A positive affirmation will appear at the beginning of each section to direct your thoughts, in a positive manner, on subjects such as health, wealth, and relationships. You may experience some conflicting feelings. This conflict represents a discrepancy between your conscious desires and your subconscious desires. However, as you persist in saying the affirmations, the discrepancy gradually fades as your subconscious becomes more and more accepting of the positive changes. For best results, read and reaffirm at least one affirmation a day, morning, noon, and night. And be patient. Work on yourself, and soon you will see a positive flow of thinking and positive changes in your consciousness while going through the exercises in this workbook.
